Volenti is a purpose-driven football academy for teenage students from the UK, who would like to pursue a career in football. They create a high-performance training environment by using the skills and experiences of the experts who have played or coached the game at a professional level.
In March, we had the opportunity to host the Volenti Football Academy, here in Seville. They were training under the lead of professional coaches, while also exploring the city. Some of the wonderful places they visited were The Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium which is the home stadium of Seville FC, as well as The Setas de Sevilla and many more.
Near the end of their stay, the Volenti team was invited to participate in a friendly tournament with another football academy that happened to be in Seville at the same time. The two groups were completely mixed together, which gave them the opportunity to get to know each other and work together throughout the event. The players had a blast showcasing their talents and cheering on their friends.
A few days later, to wrap up their stay. Each student created a short presentation to discuss their experience in Seville and show their newly gained knowledge.
